Get ready for an exciting Summer adventure! To enroll your child in our 2026 Summer Camp, please download and complete the Application Form below. Be sure to indicate the weeks your child will attend and submit one form per student prior to camp attendance.

Form and payment should be submitted a week before the camper attends the program.  They can be mailed, emailed or brought to the office.
